5. Pricing
- I will list house at agreed upon price.
- BUT if in 21 days you have not received an offer, we should revisit the price.
- I don’t want your house to become stale on the market.
6. Marketing reports and feedback to client:

7. I will give you a sample contract and explain to you what contracts are like and how they affect you as a seller.
8. Once you accept a contract from a buyer, I will write all important dates in my daytimer and follow up.
